Portland
Find pretty much any Portland Metro and Bicycle Route map here on the City of Portland Office of Transportation site.
There is a pdf tarbell trail map available. Here's a review of the trail. The trail is nearly 20 miles long, and is actually in Washington State, in Battleground, just across the border from Portland.
Northwest Trail Alliance is the big riding club and advocacy organization for the Northwest. (formerly P.U.M.P. Club: the Portland United Mountain Pedalers.)
The Community Cycling Center provides year-round programs for low-income youth and adults and a professional retail bike shop that is open to the public and sells refurbished bicycles.
NE Oregon

There are free maps available from Portland office of Transportation GettingAroundPortland.org, available at most bike shops. Powell's has a free downtown walking map, and the independent record stores got together to make a guide to Portland Record & CD Stores
