Killington
Downhill all the way A Globe article on riding at Killington
You can just ride around the trails or take the lift up and ride down. All levels of riding. It's great fun. They have weekend packages and rentals (good bikes too!) available. The trail maps tell you easier-harder trails. More info found at www.killington.com.
Mt Snow
More technical singletrack then Killington. Mt. Snow claims to be the East Coast mecca of mountain biking, they had the Extreme Games there (and a very cool cross country course marked off when I was there). You can rent bikes and take lessons. More info at www.mountsnow.com.
